Hell's YES! Saw Deftones for the first time LIVE at The 97' Warped Tour... I was 14 years old and it was my first ever "concert", at a total free-to-roam venue...
My mind was BLOWN AWAY!! Chino dove off a one-story high amp stack and crowd surfed among the fans still holding his mic tight and singing/screaming!!....
I almost got tossed into the largest mosh-pit I still have yet to see again, while they played "F*ck, F*ck, S*ck, S*ck" (aka: "7-Words")!! Dirt bowls were flurrying up and all around!! ~I blew black boogers out of my nostrils for at least an entire week!!!
Adrenaline will forever remain in my heart! What an awesome introduction into HEALTHY Aggression; blowing off steam in a way that everyone involved understands!
They were my first stepping stone toward a new chapter in life, one that I desperately needed at that time!!!
