pyromania is actually not a bad album, it's heavy and it has structure. their are some goofy moments here and there like in rock of ages, but it's a good solid album.

I love how, in all the "recent" pix, they position ol' "tripod" so you can't see his nub!!!!

Best album hands down from 1st to last song 80s music rocks

I remember first hearing this song and finding it inspiring. I thought that he was literally talking about stagefright - being afraid of something, and then the "get on with the show" lyric meaning having the balls to just get out there and do it anyway. So I look up the real meaning of this song from the band themselves and it turns out that it's about the band banging hordes of groupies backstage. The world of rock n roll haha.

Definitely a way more aggressive attitude with the earlier Def. But that being said, change takes time to be accepted. Not a big fan of the newer music either, but it's still Def Leopard .

Agreed. They lost me with Hysteria because they chased the hit singles train instead of focusing on cutting an all-killer album first (even more tragic when you look at the 4 bonus tracks that were cut from the final album). High and Dry along with Pyromania were Leppard at their peak.

lois griffin I think it might have been Phil. Steve did a lot of the leads on high & dry, and also a few on Hysteria. Phil did the majority of leads on Pyromania, if I'm not mistaken.
