Ive said this before I think the Jacksons were fascinated with the debarges in the late 70s early 80s and its toomuch of a coincidence that they started to let their hair grow nose jobs and their skin lighter.The irony of the story is that then people started to say that EL debrge was a wannabe MJ when in reality it was quite the oppositte LMAO

Love DeBarge!!!! I actually met Bobby,James,Randy & Mark DeBarge in 1987 When they were out promoting Bad Boys @ a small club. They were so NICE & FINE!!! Talked to them for a little while, I will remember it 4-ever. RIP Bobby!

Thanks for the post of this rare recording, Kimmica20. This single from the group's album BAD BOYS reached #33 on the Billboard R&B chart in Summer 1987.

There's a version of this song by their sister Bunny DeBarge, who had left the group by this time, on the DeBarge compilation THE ULTIMATE COLLECTION.

I loved this song...still hear it on old school R&B stations...I just never knew it was them.
