Death - Nothing Is Everything Lyrics
Living like us and sharing our day.
In another world very far away
A different existence, yet virtually the same.
Aggression is sadness and laughter is pain
Look deep into their eyes for what they have to say
Unpredictable variations of behavior,
Hold the key to the mental door
Where nothing is everything, and everything is nothing
Staring beyond the wall a thousand times over
Seeing a part of them that is real
Just imagine how it might feel
To be denied of what life has to give
Behind mental shadows they must live
Look deep into their eyes for what they have to say

Death Nothing Is Everything Comments
Individual Though Patterns is written by Chuck, sung by Chuck, guitar by Chuck and Andy, bass by Di Giorgio and drum by Gene Hoglan. At this state Death is more like a Supergroup than a regular band.
Ok this is not from the commercial.
I'm just looking for that skyrizi song lmao
In my opinion best Death's album. Complete.
My favorite Death lineup!!! 🤘🤘
Shuldiner pioneer
Saint Chuck
0:47 Mozart playing death metal
Este tema esta bakan
I love this band, been a fan since the early 90s back in my high school days, awesome bass, brings back memories, wish I could go back in time and relive those days \m/ \m/
0:47 one riff best in metal world music very smooth art & harmonic tune

Thank you for the lyrics, i did not have to go into storage to find their cd to read the pamphletjiggy.
Actually no i dont have fleas.
Alan thrall?
Thank you Alan Thrall
Alan Thrall brought me here
Same here
Not same !
Fuck man! Dude was a genius! But i can really hear and feel it when it goes into that melodic couple measures at the end. Wish they ended up putting more of it in the song but it keeps me listening. Not a huge metal fan but im a huge death fan. Dude did metal right. Atleast to me hes got a special place in my heart. Rip brother. Idk maybe i just cling to tragedy a bit to much i like to think he was just a genius sure some can agree.
Here's a question:
Do you people prefer the remastered version of this album or the original?
Personally, I think both have their strengths and weaknesses and I have a very hard time deciding which one I actually prefer.
The original master, the drums sound in the remaster is completely destroyed and it's so stupidly compressed is unlistenable. They did a far better job on the Human remix/remaster. I like how clear the leads are on the remaster, though.
This song has the best outro riff ever
Serious speed boost at 1:52. Awesome!
Fuck Yeah
Chuck was a genius!
What a riff o.o
Riff at 2:52 is glorious
WOW I remember going to see them in Jersey back in 93 great show
John Cortez I own a original tour shirt from this tour! It has the July/August dates on the back 🤘🏻
Right on guys. Im glad you got to experience alot of good music and see them performing. Wish i could've but im a 96'er so, it would be rare if i did get to see em.
That fucking break for this powerful melody.
Death metal on the highest level. No one else can do this on higher.

One of my favorite riffs at 1:08
OH HELL YEEEEHAHAHAH
I LOVE DEATH.
these lyrics are so soc.media .
the riff in the verses is awesome and the ending one blows you mind in that transition.
That end riff is one my all time faves i used to rewind it back and listen to it over and over in my car when i was alone
delicious riff
sexy af
O homem prefere querer o nada à nada querer
r.i.p. dios chuck schuldiner!!!
0:47 and 2:26 The Beatles - It's only love
i think it was accidental for chuck to write a riff similar to the vocal harmony in the beatles song
Death naj kapela ..R.I.P. Chuck
Martin Oracko I dunno what yo said but I'm gonna like it anyway !
I said death is best band /,,/
The twin guitars on this album are sick. Having Andy Larouqe play on this album with Chuck was brilliant. Andy brings a unique blend of a NWOBHM style, with a classical style to the compositions on this whole album and it's awesome. This song in particular is just Crushing. Gene Hoglan kills this one.
But Andy didn't even play on this song, he just played leads on some songs of the album. I remember someone saying he just went, did his leads and left, not much else.
¡So fucking beauty men! Death is life!
0:47 one of best riffs of all time
And DiGiorgio's bass lines running in the background are sick...!
Yanik Bernier which song of Arch Enemy?
@Jack V No more regrets
@Yanik Bernier & Jakub Maciasz
No wonder I feel so familiar about it when
I'm listening No More Regrets. I feel It has
some kind of resemblance with it. I was like
"I think I've heard this before or this is just my
imagination?" For the past week I've been
listening to Death again. And I stumbled to this
track. I was like again "Wait, that pattern riffs..."
I immediately go check any AE's discography.
Took me hours and I just couldn't find it.
Then I'm going to check this song on YouTube.
Maybe I'll find some clue on the comment
section or maybe there is someone who feel
the same about it. Maybe I'm not the only one.
And then I found your comment, I checked,
It really similar. I think the difference is AE put
the vocal while playing it, while Chuck put the
vocal after the playing it first. So I guess it safe
to assume that AE copy Chuck's riffs. Not to
mention Death is one of AE's main influences.
Anyway, this is Chuck's legacy for us all.
Maybe Michael Amott realizes this and decide to use it.
Afterall, music is passed down for generation to
generation. RIP Chuck and stay \m/ till deth!
One of the best bass lines of all time
I feel like this song could have fit with the whole sound and theme of Symbolic album.
This album came before Symbolic so you could say it's the bridge for that album's development
"In life nothing is everything, so the meaning of life is to make something of nothing."-Me
I need to rob this phrase :x
who quotes themselves? lmao
+BlackenedPerspective people with something to say
@BlackenedPerspective retards
cgecko3 “You’re gay” - me
najlepszy ich kawałek. wychowałam się na nim . pozdrowienia z Polski.
Which is better ( in your opinion )
Individual thoughts patterns
Or
Symbolic
I like em both just the same
Metal Dude INDIVIDUAL THOUGHT PATTERNS
We all know the best Death album is the 1 you are listening too at the time from S.B.G. to T.S.O.P.
Both rank #2 on my list of Greatest Metal Albums Ever Made.
ITP has more sections/passages that make me think "How can anyone even write such riffs/harmonies?? What a musical genius!"
Symbolic is much better produced and the songs seem to flow more natural. I can't really explain that, it's just something I feel when I listen to the songs.
Yep. Both are my favorite by death
SoP used to be my top Death but then I dug into Death's library and now I appreciate Human and Individual Thought Patterns in a different way. I love the grooves in this album. It starts off pretty damn strong and keeps it there with bone crunching technical riffs. I love the drumming and Andy LaRocque's solos
I just started to deeply love this album ! More than Sound of Perseverance, which used to be my favourite one. This song is superior, i just wish it longer.
.
Death >
for some reason this reminds me a lot of no more regrets by arch enemy at about 0:57
+affliction498 it also reminds me of arch enemy song but its not no more regret, cant recognize
+Bruno Gaeta "Enemy Within" reminds me of Spirit Crusher
Arch Enemy sometimes sounds like others. Example: beginning of Seed of Hate sound a lot like the chorus part of Bark at the Moon, by Ozzy.
0:47 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look deep into their eyes for what they have to say
Emotions take control of life everyday.
Unpredictable variations of behavior,
Hold the key to the mental door
Thank you chuck for your words of wisdom \m/
Death is life.
that makes no sense once you think about it xD
but its make sense coz death for one equal life for other
Henrique França and Life Is Death
the final riff is supreme ... sin that ends well
@Saverio Liberto A truly beautiful riff.
Supreme Deluxe Mc Bacon Indeed
I dare you to find a song with a more awesome bassline. Steve DiGiorgio at his absolutely best!
I will say this, it is definitely tied for first I don't believe in best, too subjective, but when something is in the conversation, it has achieved greatness.
love that outro
these riffs killed me ,simply sublimes !
exelente drum also
Hail Chuck.
Death is forever \m/
Nothing is everything...
Awesome riffs
guitarra suena hermosa
Their best song imo.
