HOLY SHIT GUYS. WHAT IF PIERRE OR BETTER KNOWN AS THE THIEF IS MR USHER. SINCE MR. USHER COMES TO THE CITY TO STEAL FROM THE DIME AND HE NEEDS HELP FROM THE BOY WHO IS THE MAYOR. WHICH THEY EVENTUALLY DO TAKE DOWN THE DIME. AND HE STEALS THE MONEY AND FLEES KIND OF LIKE HOW PIERRE STOLE FROM SOLDIERS AND THE BOY AND FLED.. I know it's a long shot but imagine how mind blowing that would. Be if they released that in act 6

Well, Hunter met the Thief and Mr. Usher, so unless he intentionally hid the fact that they knew each other, it seems unlikely. The Thief as portrayed in the official video also doesn't seem like the character described in this song.

Can anyone tell me the story from act 4 to act 5.i haven't really found anything good.

act 4: Hunter goes back to the town, under disguise as the Son, where he eventually becomes mayor. Pimp/Priest knows the Son's secret, and makes a deal with Hunter that the Hunter would basically be a pawn for the Pimp/Priest, just so P/P won't reveal the Son's true identity.

act 5: Hunter reflects back upon the mistakes he made, and realises he's got himself in some deep shit. Then someone called Mr. Usher enters the town, looking for money. He convinces the Son to burn the Dime, and after a vision the Son had, he does burn the Dime to the ground. The Priest and the Son both died at the end of the album, supposedly.
