I can relate to this. I have been following Jesus for 33 years now but stop going to church 7 years ago. Was treated like crap by church people who had no idea how to love others. I feel more accepted by non-Christians than I do church people.

Nope! You can’t continue in sin and be saved. That’s humanist point of view and doesn’t come from the scriptures. This is the same reason that everyone believes all their loved ones are in heaven when they die. Only those who’s sins are washed away in the blood of the Lamb. That means also that they have come out of their sins and no longer live in them.

He mentions drinking beer. That isn't a sin unless you get drunk off of it. Where does the Bible say you have to go to church in order to be saved? It doesn't. Your judgemental attitude is why so many people have no interest in Jesus.
