My God what a gorgeous voice on this guy. If more of today's so called CW artists were more like this guy I most likely would still be listening to Country music. But some Assholes came along and stole the words Country Music and claim they sing CW music when in reality they sing very poorly written garbage that did not take any imagination at all to write and then get some young fool with a mediocre voice to sing the garbage words and have the nerve to call it country music when it sounds more like shit pop/rap . Then there are cats like this artist who are actually a musician/artist that don't get the attention they deserve because he is not giving in to the false claim of making "today's country music " and he is doing his own thing, Thank God for a guy with a set of balls to stand up and tell half the music industry to go screw themselves and he keeps making this beautiful music. He's not drinking the koolaid of bullshit and good for him!

My husband and I started dating in 1992, when this song came out, and it was our wedding dance song when we married in 1994. Celebrating 25 years of marriage this year. The lyrics really take on new meaning for me, as we have had really hard things happen with one of our children that is still ongoing now, after many years. I cherish my spouse even more every day and do feel that I wouldn't have made it through without him at my side.
