Not at all what I was expecting when I searched this song, years ago there was never a video and it was just music. I always thought about the war when i've heard this, like a guy who has been wounded and sent home. It's all a war really though, isn't it. To be honest, everyone makes their own thoughts and allusions to songs, so...

Actually, years and years ago there was a video. It just wasn't widely aired as youtube was in its infancy.

This song is about visiting and sleeping by his Father while he slowly died in hospital, not about an asylum

I spent time in a psych ward for a week. basically my time spent was like the movie "its kind of a funny story" I ended my time with a pizza party.

These have to be the most underrated, under viewed videos on youtube.

This song was released in 2005, and this video was uploaded in 2013... so it's not actually under viewed, it's just been uploaded only recently. Probably there was an older video with much higher views but it has been deleted for some reason.

I never saw one, I was under the the impression when this came out that it was about war veterans. Not the video I would have thought at all. Not that there is anything wrong with it - just completely unexpected!

This was played on the local pub's music rotation recently, which is how I was reminded of the song...
