Honestly this wins on so many levels. The music is just brilliant, lulls you in to a sense of calm, and then blows your mind with the chorus. Plus the video. For goodness sake, pure brilliance, and let's not forget the glorious ending of the video which does for Justin's bum what the song and video have done for the band.

There are a lot of analogues between The Darkness and the RHCP, in particular them being dismissed as a joke band while being more artistically real than most, and the striking similarities between Justin Hawkins’ and John Frusciante’s respective journey to death’s doorstep, and their triumphant return. He’s a dead ringer for John in their 2013 punkish era (their live stuff from that time being some of the best live stuff ever, which is another analogy in their ability to transcend the album live.)
