I am 60 years old now, I was 12 when my Dad spoke to me about the great and late Bobby Darin for the first time. This is a great interpretation!!!

Wow Wow!! I’ve listened to this song by several Artists and truly enjoyed every one. BUT I think this is my favorite. He really put his personality into it, just like he does with all his songs. Besides that he made it a great dancing tune, easy to follow every line he sang. You can feel the music and move with it. Thanks for sharing this video.

Have not especially liked this song BEFORE. BUT, this is the ABSOLUTE BEST I have EVER heard this song sung... WOW! SO NICE. SO VELVETY SMOOTH & TENDER. LIKE HE WAS THINKING OF SANDRA WITH EVERY NOTE. SUPER SWEET! LOVE IT. AND THAT DEEP KINDA WARBLE IN PLACES. VERY, VERY BEST THIS SONG EVER WAS SUNG-LIKE HE WROTE IT HIMSELF, IN 'THAT' MOOD. WOW.

Just about anyone did it better than Dylan, he was a brilliant talent in song-writing but he could NOT sing! Good to let others perform his brilliant work. Bobby Darin certainly could!

it sure is. funny thing, i was around when bobby was but only recall mack the knife. in the last few years have listened and listened and sent your youtubes all over town(s). what an amazing talent! interesting that sinatra only became 'cool' at 40 but bobby did it all at 23.

Been a Bobby fan since the early '60's but never heard this. Great version.

Sensational, a very seductive and tender version of this beautiful song.....
Over the years I have heard many other artists sing it but of them all Bobby Darin's is the one that hits you so deep with in your heart and soul, it always makes me cry.....
Bobby always sang with such emotional warm rich heart and soul felt vocals that touch deeply, if you have soul you can not help but be moved.....
Remembering Bobby's 80th birthday was sad him not being here, but in spirit he was all around the place..... You are missed, remembered and very much loved Bobby RIP !!!

is different, no one performs like Bobby did, a unique talent.

This is one of the best songs Bob Dylan has ever sung...of the John Wesley Harding album. Great steel guitar in that Dylan version too (Pete Drake).

Rita Coolidge also recorded this song - a b it more sultry though.

This is the first time I have heard this song....and I absolutely love it !!  I have yet to hear Bobby Darin sing any song that I don't like.  He has a way of making you feel like any song is coming from his heart and that you are right there with him.  Awsome entertainer...none better ever!

Bobby's rendition of this song is my favorite! As th lady said, it is one of his most seductive songs! He gave 100% of himself into whatever genre of music he was singing! I love that I can listen to him sing country, the blues, the standards, rock and roll, ect. and he does them all beautifully!! He was one of the true entertainers that we don't see the likes of today! So glad I grew up during that period and can still listen and enjoy this music daily!!

This is probably one of the most seductive songs that I have ever heard him sing. He really sells it. I just wish that there was an actual video of him singing this by himself. He threw his whole body and soul into every song that he sang.

He first performed the song at the Landmark Hotel in Las Vegas during the summer of 1970. It was his first Las Vegas performance following his self-imposed exile to Big Sur.
I'm not sure if this particular live performance was recorded during that engagement. He performed the song many times during that year. But what the hey, does it really matter? Bobby understood Dylan's mood and message and that's what matters. His interpretation/rendition was spot on.
