Who else is so confused with the "Hello Summer" and "Goodbye Summer"? Like, they are basically the same songs, except the lyrics are slightly different, and "Goodbye Summer" is a collaboration song along with Thomas Rhett (love him), and have slightly different titles. I'M CONFUSED AS CRAP. But I love the songs, especially "Goodbye Summer" . It's just perfect. You and Thomas Rhett are the perfect matching voices, perfect collaboration song, and I was super hyped finding out that both of my favorite country singers collaborated. It's just the best. "Goodbye Summer" is my new favorite song, with " Hello Summer " right behind it's tail. Still VERY confused, but I'll just avoid my confusion. Or at least I'll try to. It's the lyrics which are far below the high mark otherwise presented. They make little good sense, presenting her as a girl of questionable virtue who succumbs to male intrigue and drink like an ingenue, although, that may have been written in to help it get radio airplay in this era of 'Bro', or, is it 'Brew' Country'?
