Perfectly describes my in large social encounters. Really wish I could be more of an extrovert then I am and for the longest time I honestly hated myself for being so introverted. Luckily I learned to kinda.. flip a switch and was able to commute far easier afterwards. I remember at one point in my childhood, I had such a hard time making friends, and bullying had become such a problem, that I honestly tried to train myself to respond to my own thoughts. I remembered I would sometimes have conversations with myself in dreams. I honestly was trying to train myself to respond to myself so that I wouldnt feel so lonely. Luckily I found long lasting friends and once you find 1 friend, the flood gates open wide.

Hey Dan. There's so much of an early Pink Floyd vibe in this piece, the Syd Barrett one I'd say. The melody and the lyrics just fit right in. Thanks for sharing this piece and making the whole album; I remember giving it a listen two years ago, just as tipsy as I am now, and it's been a fascinating journey both times. Keep doing your thing, you're doing a fantastic job.

As someone who had real stammer problems as a kid, I thought this was a really nice heartfelt little track. I think i prefer that it isn't mixed to perfection; it seems to better tie in with the message of not being able to communicate your thoughts in a way that people expect or demand of you. *****

I really like it. Fantastic album.

I like it. I am autistic, and that's how I felt growing up. It reminded me of my socially scared days. Dan, you have definitely hit it well on this one.

It has this early Pink Floyd vibe to it, like this in Summer '68. I liked the whole album, and this, I think, is a fitting closure to the whole thing. Remember, we're  rather honest when we're drunk.

I don't know how someone can not like this song, honestly.
It's only about a minute long, and it's just a short melody.
It's not like its a full track or anything.
There isn't really enough substance to dislike from it.
I can see people disliking it for "Making the album go out with a puff instead of a bang"
But I could tell that Rise was originally going to be the last track before Dan uploaded this video, and I feel Rise is a fine track to end on.
This track here isn't bad, just a short melody. Nothing special.

Reminds me of Radiohead. Not your usually style but i really like it, keep it up!

Don't know why people feel the need to be so negative. If you don't like it don't just stay "it's shit" or "I didn't like it", how about some constructive criticism.

I for one think it'd be nice if you expanded on this idea for a future song, keep up the hard work, Dan.
