I've been listening to this daily after I quit smoking and it really helps. Great song.

When I first heard this song, I just enjoyed it as a song that sounds good, but recently I actually LISTENED to it. What a wonderful song! This whole album really is an under appreciated work of art. Seriously, only 100k views on youtube, and about the same on spotify. That is sad.

Day 21. I've made it three weeks so far without a smoke. I got my wisdom teeth pulled and stopped smoking for a few days after to avoid dry socket. Just never started again after the nicotine left my system. I'm not gonna say it's easy, the most important things in life aren't. But it is worthwhile. So, to those of you who never will admit defeat, pull out your wisdom teeth and make this your last cigarette. You're gonna be a-okay!

@SoulsNotIncluded Someone being stupid or having a weak will dosnt make something addictive. That's being mentally ill to a point of doing that. The whole chemical argument is stupid considering everything you do releases chemicals, and we dont consider walking your dog or playing sports to be addictive, because we have the ability to monitor and control ourself's. if someone dosnt have that ability then the need to seek medical and mental help. Tl:dr, its not the games fault - its their's.

I quit pretty much a year ago. Once I decided I wont smoke and for everyday and for every week that went by without smokeing. Everytime I thought of lighting one up I thought is it worth it after weeks of suffering (coughing up tar out of my lungs everyday for two weeks).  After each passing week I got more confident that I could defenetly quit. Now even when I go out drinking I dont smoke at all.

Best one from the album yet, i must say the album isnt his best in my opinion. The messages in the songs are good and lyrics are great, but some of the beats from before i dont enjoy. Just my opinion, though.
