Cure, The - Just One Kiss Lyrics

This is a very underrated Album yet it is one of my favourites, it's beautiful and haunting, I love it!

This has been such a hot tune at the festivals this summer (2019)...Love it live!!!

Holy shit, how did I never know this song ??? I saw them live at pinkpop yesterday and they did this track, I was like what the hell is this this sounds like it’s straight outta pornography, just found out it was a single also from 1982, so good

Robert Smith wanted this song to be an A-side, it would have been amazing if it had been. One of their best tunes.

This has been, not only my favorite cure song, but one of my favorite rock and roll songs PERIOD, for decades...but based on all the Cure song rankings I’ve seen (and I’ve looked at a load of them), I’m a club of one:/ It never shows up in the top 10’s or even top 50’s, and in a ranking of their entire catalogue of 225 original songs by “slicing up eyeballs,” from 2017, it was in the 60’s. I guess I’m weird. Oh well, thanks for taking the time to read!

One of my favorite songs, and thank you for the lyrics. Just change "rained" to "reigned", because Robert had the queen of Siam (modern day Thailand) in his arms figuratively speaking. I recall reading that Mary loved to play dress up, perhaps they were role playing.

Congratulations to The Cure on being inducted into The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame ! 2019. The runaway best band of the 80's.

This is a band from the 80's that doesn't sound like a band from that decade, not counting those songs that were commercial and done just to please record executives.  The Cure is not about pop music...they are haunted and lonely, lyrical and complex,  funny and sad.
