Its rare that a band puts out an album where every single song is enjoyable to my ears, where i dont end up cherry picking songs. This is one such album. Beautifully trippy and wonderful. Masterpiece of pop music

Crumb is awesome. They take a lot of inspiration from some very famous things from the 70s, and some less famous things from the 90s. Just because you were unaware of these things does not make Crumb especially original - they're even not trying to be. The first time I listened to this album, I was always thinking "Nice, this sounds a lot like x artist". What they're trying to do is mix various, clear inspirations together in a very pleasant package.

They might not take inspiration from extremely popular things, but they are *clearly* inspired heavily by bands like Pink Floyd or The Doors, and also various electronic genres like downtempo and triphop.

This is all a good thing, not something to look down on. This is how music evolves, not by something coming from nothing.

@Javier Vera I've seen people reccomend Stereolab a bunch of times on Crumbs videos I did check out a few of their songs but can you reccomend an album of theirs that you really like? I hate just listening to individual songs I'm more of an album person lol
