I feel like this year 2019 has been the absolute worst year of my life. Have had many friends and people I have called family just walk away and leave me and my family. I can not describe the pain and hurt and sorrow in my heart. But I realize listening to this song that I’m closer to God than I have ever been, because He is carrying us through this great hurt and sorrow and it is by His grace that we WILL continue on because WE ARE LEANING ON YOU LORD!!

I had the worst time of my life not long ago, basically the end of 2016 to 2018. About a two year period. Betrayal from loved ones, loss of loved ones, feeling alone and incapable. I promise God got me through it. So many of these things cast shadows on my life... but then God showed me the Light in life. The shadows gave me contrast. And on the other side of it, I realized many of these horrible things were blessings in disguise, even if it's kinda painful to admit it.

But just trust in God. He is ALWAYS with you even it it doesn't feel like it. If you don't feel Him there, that just means He's busy cooking up something good! God bless!

Fill a Soul Thank you! I am trying to focus on my blessings and not my failures or the criticisms of others toward me and my family. God has truly PROVEN that He IS with us!

I listen to this song everytime my anxiety kicks in. It’s the perfect fix and reminds how I always have Jesus to be able to lean on no matter what. Life is so vicious and brutal, it’s good to have him in your corner.
