This has gotta be one of the most underrated albums I've ever heard. Almost every song on this album is perfection. It sums up the early to mid 2000's perfectly.

SERIOUSLY!!! I'm from SC about an hour from these guys and seen them a few times live and they are SO good live! This was always their opening song and every time I was blown away. ALSO.... They recorded this in their house on their own. Just a little fun fact of talent

What happened to them after this cd?? Nothing even came close to the magic this cd was in it's time. Back when rock was peaking at it's best. Back when Linkin Park was making the future of all music and then abruptly stopped just to piss everyone off. Those days..

They released an album that was badly received, then the label gave them shit and the band fell apart. Ed Sloan took up bad habits and struggled with that for a few years. Their latest album We All Bleed is about that, among other things. It's a strong album though nothing will ever top this cd for me, partly because of nostalgia.

What Nick Flynn said + whoever was doing their marketing and tour booking was doing a shit job. Wasted opportunities so to speak, that only come with that initial wave they had with this album. Just need some more good hooks. Sloan is definitely a different person now too, if you listen to his solo stuff. Sounds a bit "born again".

Yeah, I'm aware of what happened. But I got the uncensored version of Starless on my computer (took forever to find), but still have yet to find Death Trend Setta tho.

Basically, they recorded a censored version first and were going to release the uncut version but the record label ran out of money.

Problem with rare stuff is sound quality... An uncensored version on cd would be great but you're likely to find those rare uncensored versions on 96 k mp3 lol or YouTube 240p

There is an uncensored version of this song around it's just very difficult to find it, along with Death Trend Setta. It's like trying to find the legit version of Trapt's Headstrong.
