My bride walked down the aisle to this song last year.

Wonderfully. Riding down through Franconia Notch with this playing on the Gold Wing's speakers yesterday morning, my wife just hugged me tighter as we rode.

In her book Time In A Bottle, Ingrid pulled the veil off the Croce myth that he was, shall we say, monogamous during those tours. Like Happy Chapin he had a little black book with the numbers of females he met along the way. It almost cost him his marriage. He straightened up and according to Ingrid they were set to leave the business, collect the money owed to them and disappear-although not forever I doubt.
