I miss this show so damn much already, but what a fantastic 4 seasons!

I really loved this intro because the last season was really about Rebecca searching and knowing about herself. The main thing I got from the series is "life doesn't make narrative sense", "people are not characters" as from the song "the end of the movie" and in this last season this topic becomes more and more real so the intro also says "real people are hard to summarize, they have good and bad sides, something DOES has sense and something does NOT". Also, this intro doesn't mention romantic love or craziness of Rebecca because the whole purpose for her was to become happy and she slowly came to that because she finally MET HERSELF and understood who is she really.

That show was really so important for me because I had very similar story of stalking, obsession and kinda giving up on good education and more and more. It was a few years ago but now I still had issues with starting a normal relationship, loving myself and finding myself. And this show was truly not only an entertainment for me but also a bunch (lol) of useful and wise thoughts so I could find my own conclusion to my own life. Thank you Rachel Bloom for this masterpiece.

I just finished watching the final season... and I love Crazy ex girlfriend though I’ve got to say this was NOT the show’s best season. I think it’s great Rebecca ended the show saying she’d learned to love herself more & without needing a man; I think she could have done that and still kept a love interest that she felt great about. Season 3 was such an amazing season! I really am very ticked off at all the fans that had been whining constantly about “bring Greg back!” Or “ I miss Greg; he should be with Rebecca!” I’m hypothesizing that Greg was brought back into the final season because of the incessant whining from a significant number of fans. People who yearned for Greg didn’t even fully get Greg back - who was replaced with another actor. The whole thing felt forced, unnatural and out of the blue. It was like trying to bring back a past lover from the dead. I never bought new Greg’s declarations of love for Rebecca- it was like they grabbed some extra from the set and said, “Ok, you’re Greg now; go for it!!” Not only did Greg show up for 1 episode..no, HE HAD TO TAKE OVER THE ENTIRE SEASON!! Greg was over in the show ice ages ago, and yet so many fans just couldn’t get over him! Instead of enjoying the steamy romance that was blossoming with Nathaniel & Rebecca and allowing that romance to naturally evolve and help create a MUCH MORE interesting last season.. we get stuck with trite old Greg taking up way too much screen time, boring me to sleep and adding absolutely nothing to the show. So thanks ( and I mean NO THANKS) to all the ridiculous whiners who just could not let go of Greg- the last season was almost totally ruined. Please never become screenplay writers. Thanks.
