This album was my soundtrack while I was writing my dissertation. Still an amazing album. Saw them in concert with The Rolling Stones in the late 90s and was sad because Adam couldn’t remember the words to his songs.

This album is certainly one of the highlights of 90's music, especially this incredible song.

I remember listing to this album with my dad all summer long going into my freshmen year of high school. Back then I always thought this was older music. That was 10 years ago and now it is old music. Time is crazy

Was raising kids and working a couple jobs in the '90's. Just listened to the classic rock and southern rock most of the time. A friend of mine bought me this CD in August 2019 at the Goodwill store. I LOVE IT! OBSESSED with this song. I play this CD everytime I get in the car. Better late than never to have discovered this excellent 'album'.

Craig free , Me and I’m creeping up on 58 yrs. old. Been a musician all my life and this guy is real, open, honest and tells it like it is. Genious lyrically, just the way he phrases his words can twist the meaning slightly. Reminds me of Justin Firstenfeld of Blue October. No idea how they do it, but so glad they can!!!! i love this album. i must of listened to it on repeat for 6 mths straight. all songs are loved but prefect blue building and anna begins are my favorite. its like they were able to communicate with my heart and this was what they felt... and Raining in Baltimore still gives me deja vu.

I am almost 66 years old, and in all those years of listening to music, 'August and Everything After' is one of the finest albums/CDs I've ever heard. The music is wonderful, and the lyrics are genuine poetry. "Rain King" is one of my very favorite songs on the album.

Every time I am playing this song I find myself thinking about the show scrubs. This is what played when Zach Braff is realizing that he was really a doctor now and he was walking around the hospital with this awesome tune in the background. We have actually had many people request it when I'm with my band playing in the bars. To think that I have heard this song because of the TV is totally different for me and I will definitely be listening to them as long as I can
