I don't know if there's a more consistent band. The only downside is that there's usually at least 3 or 4 years between albums but they could make one every year and it will always be a little better than the one before. I can't believe this is nine years old already it still gives me the same charge it did back then. I heard that Pepper recently got back with the band and I really hope that's true I always loved finding out there was a new COC album coming

His name is Tom Nusbaum (not sure on the spelling), we called him "Napalm".
