The Best of the Best what else can I say. .This is Soul and this is Truth. One of the well known characteristics of a man is to keep women bickering and fighting among themselves; especially over him! The Soul of Sam Cooke is explicitly Beautiful and Great! The 'Instinct' abilities of real musicians to interrelate communicating by 'Soulful Sounds' cannot be taught in any school..this have to be heard and felt through out ones body, mind, soul and spirit!! My early childhood started on the lower East Side of Detroit, Michigan. I started singing on my Uncles crap table many moons ago! I ate, slept, lived by, studied by Black Soul Music! My Uncle was a 'Street Person' thus I missed a lot of the Christian Church influence. Still by the help of the Divine Spirit I lived without ever in my life smoking anything, never drinked alcohol or used street drugs/nor sold any ever in my life! Now that I am old, still Lovin' Soulful Good Music. ..This Old Hen is still rocking, humming and stopping to wonder how I did it!?!? My Religious Disciplines fell from the East and Africa. ..I Love This Sound ALWAYS...Groove ON...

@Mark Sheriff It was written by Willie Dixon for Howlin' Wolf.

Howlin wolf played in england with the Stones as backup in early 60's.. the Stones version is the great. This is a bit too mellow.

What a great nostagic song!!  I think this was out in the late 40's or early 50's.  Real good singing and with a message as well.  I truly do miss Real Good Singing!!
