Conway Twitty - She's Mine Lyrics

I've got a gal who treats me right
Plenty good loving every night
There just ain't nothing
That she don't know
I guess that's why I love her so

I'd do anything she wants me to
I lnow that her love for me is true
Why do I love this gal of mine
Because she's, mmm, so fine

(She's mine) well, I like
The way she walks (she's mine)
I like the way she talks
(She's mine) and I'm her loving man
She stole my heart when she held my hand

We talked it over and we set the date
I can hardly wait
My dear little daisy's mine, all mine
My gal is, mmm, so fine

(She's mine) yes, I like
The way she walks (she's mine)
I like the way she talks
(She's mine) well, I'm her loving man
She stole my heart when she held my hand

We talked it over and we set the date
I can hardly wait
My dear little daisy's mine, all mine
My gal is, mmm, so fine

(She's mine)
Yeah, she's really fine (she's mine)
Whoa, she's mine, all mine (she's mine)
My gal's so doggone fine (she's mine)
Yeah, I love her all the time (she's mine)

On this day in 1960 {October 15th} the weekly music series "Saturday Prom" premiered on the NBC-TV network.
The show was hosted by Merv Griffin & was a half-hour in length, the performing acts on the series were live {no lip sync allowed}.
Conway Twitty was a guest on the first show, his hit record at the time was "Is A Blue Bird Blue", it had peaked at #35 on Billboard's Hot Top 100 on July 11th.
    The B-side, "She's Mine", reached #98.
    R.I.P. Mr. Griffin {1925 - 2007} & Mr. Twitty {1935 - 1998}

Another re-mastered issue. The originals sounded so much better. Why is it that we have to remaster everything today?

My favorite from his R'n'R years. Flip side - Is A Blue Bird Blue! His son, Michael Twitty; favors him a lot and is also a performance artist! Thanks.
