Cole, Nat King - To The Ends Of The Earth Lyrics
To the ends of the earth
I'll follow my star
To the ends of the earth
Just to be where you are
I'll never be far behind
Who cares where the path may wind
As long as I find you?
Though the melody dies
The song lingers on
And a thousand goodbyes
Won't convince me you're gone
I'll follow you, my love
To the ends of the earth
Till you've given your love to me
To the ends of the earth
I'll follow my star
To the ends of the earth
Just to be where you are
No matter where you roam
I'll never be far behind
Who cares where the path may wind
As long as I find you?
Though the melody dies
(Though the melody dies)
The song lingers on
(The song lingers on)
And a thousand goodbyes
(And a thousand goodbyes)
Won't convince me you're gone
(Won't convince me you're gone)
I'll follow you, my love
You'll never be free
To the ends of the earth
Till you've given your love to me

Cole, Nat King To The Ends Of The Earth Comments
Over the years, Nat recorded several versions of To the Ends of the Earth. Don't believe I heard this one before.
There’s a reason that he’s Nat KING Cole. Greatest voice of all time.
Man this song is fucking creepy.
This was my dad’s favorite song MHRIP
Nat also cut a slightly different version of this song. Actually the other is a bit better.
Written by the Sherman Brothers who wrote most of the Disney musical movies of the 60's and 70's.
This should be in a future Fallout game. "Ends of the Earth" anyone?
sou de 1964, mas sou fã dele. música ñ tem idade. sou apaixonada por Nat King Cole.
lindaaa!
My favorite song by the king
loved this in my wild 20's!!!
Love Nat King Cole's work, but this song is my favorite!
Carol Griffith me too!
Carol Griffith I don't blame you, Carol!!! Will never forget where I was when I heard this song for the first time! Was living in Malden, Massachusetts and was 17 years old. Heard it on the now disfunct 1430AM WXKS by radio announcer, then later close friend, the late Kate Murray.
To The Ends of the Earth, and to go Where No Man or No One has gone before!
So hard to choose between this and Seranata.
My favorite Nat Cole cut....period. This is a 1964 re-cut of the original 1956 classic.
I actually like this version a tad better
King Bee ...This version was recorded in 1961. Personally, I like the original version, which was recorded on January 4th, 1956.
carlton's love
@mokacode You are welcome!
A wonderful era with a beautiful ring to it
Beautiful, haven't heard this in about 45 years. My father had this record when I was a kid .
I use to play it on the Hi Fi we had all the time. It really brings back wonderful memories. Thanks for the post.
