I remember this from the PSP Music Video Demo CD things that came with the system. That's how my cousin & i got into this band =) These guys & Crossfade's Cold were the JAMS! then. There were a few other cool ones on there too i dont remember what other songs were on it tho. But that & playing Tony Hawks Underground 2: Remix Need For Speed Underground 2, (PSP version) NBA & NFL Street, & Wipeout: Pure were some good times(the Wipeout games are hella fun. y'all should check'em out if you haven't) (oh the racing game Wipeout. Not the one made after the TV show)

Kinda pisses me off how easily his plans were foiled. This dude obviously had this cabin for awhile considering the stocked food and therefore knew long ahead of time he had indecent company coming and yet (if it was indeed that very night, if not makes the end worse) planned the very night they were coming only for it to fail very quickly....... I feel I certain compulsive resentment towards him, although it of course could be that he didn't want to kill his pals but also didn't want to die easily so he short changed himself for an inevitable bittersweet end.

PSP umd listeners in 2020?

I feel left out because my music taste is so "odd" to my generation and some older people. I was 5 when my mom would play this, cocorosie, arkona, and a bunch of musicians foreign to my generation. I'm 15. I feel like I'm on a tight rope and can't decide which way to fall. Older people make fun of artists I like, like bts, top, day6, mcr, yungblud. Sometimes even kids my age make fun of them, but no one my age EVER likes THIS part of my music taste. So, unlike the others I just mentioned, I don't even try with these ones because I already know I'll be shut down with a "wtf is this?!" I feel really sad about this. I don't wanna appreciate these artists alone. Anyone from the 2000's that's here with me?

I have been growing up without language being a barrier in music, too. (Family- a Mexican side, friends- Ukrainian or Russian music, etc.) I like music for what it is (lyrically and sound wise) even if I can't understand it. Same with style (rock, "emo", shit like Lindsey Stirling, or piano). I get shut down by kids and my elders saying kpop is cringe and isn't worth it because of language, but they don't understand I'm like this with everything, so I am now labeled as a "boyband crazed genz" or a "the cringe emo kpoppy kid." I hate it. I like BTS because they encourage people to love themselves and TØP because they literally tell people "Don't commit suicide. Stay alive please." Yet even fans of both of these may not get along, calling each other "cringeworthy overrated talentless idiots." So that's one battle lost. Second, genre. I try and give every style a chance and try to appreciate and think about what went into making a song, so sometimes I'll warm up to something I don't really like, like death metal. So during car rides or at a friend's place I have a lot of options when someone says, "play something." Yeah I probably like something they like, but I wanna play what I wanna listen to then and there, so of course I get self conscious. Sometimes I get responses like, "wtf was that?! You like that? You're freaking weird, man." They may not say it to be mean, but it sucks. I really would like to listen to people like coheed and cambria in peace, but out loud and not feel bad. I'm so limited. I'm sorry this is long. I bet no one will see this, but I had to vent

So, I used to have a fren that wouldn't judge at all because she listens to bird calls for God's sake! But I was okay with that and would listen to it with her. We aren't close anymore, though. I am down to one person I'm close to (listens to and respects my weirdness and music) and another mildly close fren (a kpop, hip hop gal, and latino gal. Sometimes unintentionally judgmental toward my tastes if It's not kpop or modern "rap" , which can be good). I still feel lonely though. I feel like the kpop one will leave one day, too. Ya know. High school and all that. Sometimes a summer will make closer people not even make contact the next year. Just life.

I didn't discover coheed through a PSP disc, my bandmates were both really into them and put on in keeping secrets for me and I turned out being way more into them than they ever were. Also, they helped me through a tough point in my life when I was trying to find myself. This is very much a theme in the first 3 albums.

Never really had a PSP, but my brother blasting this 24/7 years ago left a memory. Just a few days ago, I thought about this and The Zutons’ “Pressure Point” but didn’t know the names, so I asked him. I just described ad libs and music videos in vague detail and wham, he knew right off the bat, and here I am. Man, these songs are nostalgic.
