After much research I found out they're called dissonant or panic chords

Yea dissanant chords but me and my friends call em destruction chords lol

Its just the combo of one being played but another at the same time an octave up but over one

Technically it's not a chord as a chord is 3 or more notes being played, but yeah, it's just playing two notes that are a half step apart simultaneously

It's really not a chord like just the octave and the octave but played dhalf a step lower together gives you a really nasty sound.
