Clutch - Escape From The Prison Planet Lyrics

Then Against My Better Judgment I Went Walking Out That Door.
I Smiled At One Person Then I Nodded To Three More.
One Man Asked Me For A Dollar, I Asked Him, "What's It For?"
He Said, "I Have Seen Them." I Said, "O.K., It's Yours."
And As Featured On The MTV, The Local High School Lets Out,
And The Town Becomes Anarchy.
Parties Are Crashed, Skid Marks Are Measured.
The Story's In The Paper, You May Read It At Your Leisure.

Get Out.
Eject.
Escape From The Prison Planet.
Get Out.
Eject.
Escape From The Prison Planet.

And To The Tune Of A Billion Dollars, I Supplied To The D.O.E.
Some Tasty Little Nuggets Of Alien Technology.
And As One Might Expect, I've Been Harassed For Years.
The Men In Black Have Been Bending My Ear.
As A Matter Of Fact, They Were Just Here Today,
But I Escaped Them Through A Secret Passageway.
Once I Lived There For One Thousand Days.

Get Out.
Eject.
Escape From The Prison Planet.
Get Out.
Eject.
Escape From The Prison Planet.

I Have Plans For The Future, Guess They're Futuristic Plans.
Move Out West And Buy Some Desert Lands.
Maybe Up North, Just Past Alaska.
You Know Nothing Of This If They Ask You.
Red Rover, Red Rover, Bob Lazar's Coming Over.
So Honey Clear The Airstrip And Light Up That Stove.
By Jove, I Think It's Started. Oh Yeah,
Escape From The Prison Planet.

Billion People Harvest On Mars.
Rebuild The Remnants Of The Obelisk,
One Mile From The Pyramid.
Escape From The Planet Of The Apes.
Go Forth, Ad Infinitum.
Return The Relics To The Elephant.
And Atlantis Rises.

Get Out.
Eject.
Escape From The Prison Planet.
Ejector Seat Ignite.

I have been researching these topics for over 30 years via science & religions etc., and I have never, ever found one single source or expert having the required academic acumen that gave me what I now consider the most complete answer on these topics as this scholar's latest book has. MUST READ THIS BOOK!!!! https://www.ahlcglobal.com/collections/ahlcglobal-books/products/soul-revolution-the-trinity-of-humanity

  25. L.... K....

I'd argue this was the bigger hit than Spacegrass in 1995. It landed on the Escape From LA soundtrack. I miss attending smaller Clutch shows in Chico, Sac, and Reno.

  49. R.... c....

Who the fuck is this, not Neil

  50. D.... H....

The secret passageway???? Small town in Georgia. It was a small town somewhere in Georgia. Or west Virginia. Or Tennessee. Bonnie was smart. Can't blame her for thinking they weren't gonna find her somehow. Times changed after j Eddie Hoover. He's rolling over in his grave now. Oh well. Tin badges aren't feds unless the carry 10s and use them too. It's not trying sound cool. The 357 mag is obsolete. Except icky touchy feely places like malls. It makes sense or it doesn't. I actually AM the only non conformist y'all ever gonna see. Fuck you ALL.

  51. B.... ....

Was introduced to Clutch by this album seeing them live with Sepultura and Fear Factory. I remember their songs the most. One of the best bands ever!

  52. T.... ....

Spider-Hawk ft. Bloody Mega Clipse Saga 666 - Escape From The Redemption Center

  56. r.... s....

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT i can't even find Clutch records in Woolworths yet?

    r.... s....

    Never will

  57. C.... m....

I thought the music sounded like new Deep Purple and a little Wolfmother :) And the melody like Zappa's Cosmic Debris or Capt Beefheart :D

  58. M.... B....

Originally when this came out in the mid-90s, I never really cared for the production on this album so I never really gave it a chance. Then I bought Clutch - Live in Flint, MI and heard the superb live versions of a bunch of tunes from this album and just loved the tunes. Then I listened to the original Clutch album again and realized I just didn't get it the first time around. Amazing album and this track is just genius. Great one when they play live, too.

  59. T.... F....

    hey thanks for summoning me

  60. B.... G....

Alex Jones ever use this for bumper music?

  61. M.... B....

121 people couldn't return the relics to the Elephants.

  62. p.... ....

Why, why does this have to be buried material?! So glad to stumble on it, brilliant song, brilliant band.eos, and shame on lamestream media for not covering this better :/

  63. J.... C....

I had to special order this cd to my local record store in 95,  well worth all the trouble!

  64. R.... K....

Why can't I like this publication more than once!? :D

  65. M.... B....

This entire album is dirty greasy and so heavy. Love the bass in the mix on this track.

  66. G.... P....

    get up eat shit lol

    G.... P....

Erm...sorry no brother. Get out. Eject. Escape from the Prison Planet.

  67. R.... v....

    Needs ponies

    R.... v....

How about some Red Horse Rainbows?

    R.... v....

That a Good song but imagine a dark grey bipedal pony small patches of missing or noticeable thin furry no mane just discolor furry where it should be a short black tail just generally scruffy lookin and he's stuck in a high max prison on the moon for smuggling acts of piracy lots of grand theft some attempted hijacking and successful hijacking of cargo blimps and ships multiple counts off assault on guards and finally theft of the royal jewels of assault on a and kidnapping of a princess and during the song he's plans a massive escape of him and his pirate crew

  68. K.... m....

Remember people life is uncertain don't sip. That's not mine but it's awesome!

  69. J.... j....

Eat shit and escape from the prison planet ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

    G.... T....

acoustic tight like that was awesome though

  71. T.... L....

It sounds like Alex Jones is singing the chorus!

    T.... L....

Hurr Durr thats hilarious. In 1995? Alex Jones actually interviewed Neil Fallon a few years ago.

    T.... L....

    Bahahaha

i have loved this band ever since i first heard this album
    keep on rocking

  76. J.... K....

such a great band. i've seen em several times over the years. They never let you down.

  77. B.... C....

I like penis in my butt

  78. A.... d....

I like to get high and enjoy the ride of this song

    A.... d....

A dick in a Large bag this entire album is an amazing journey while stoned.

  79. M.... M....

    GET UP! EAT SHIT!

    a.... ....

  81. M.... M....

THIS SONG SAYS IT ALL! I " A man asked me for dollar, I asked him what its for, he said I have seen them, I said ok it's yours."
    Ha Ha Yeah

    M.... M....

Many haven t seen them they should count themselves blessed poor dumb bastards. That's called having a form of spirituality with no faith at all. For if you had faith they would have seen you because you can pray with power and are a threat to them! This lyric is lost on many. Be happy you haven't seen them. You have to have some powerful faith to bear being in the open!

    M.... M....

    Lyrics always have meaning.

    M.... M....

For the morons, and those who's faith is not seen by the enemy he is not talking about aliens. nor is he talking about Infowars this came out in the 90's bruh!

  82. P.... O....

    this kick's ass .
bad mother fucking song I love it .

  83. j.... ....

I remember my buddy back in 94-95' got this advance copy as a single cuz he worked for college radio..we burned one in the car, then pulls out a cassette single from his jacket. Baked out of my damn mind, puts this tape in the cassette deck, and like, fucking wow. I love this song! What happened to music after the 90's?

    j.... ....

jwishartesq Clutch kept rocking on, my brother. They never entered the full flow of the Mainstream.

    j.... ....

you didnt look hard enough for the good shit

    j.... ....

Lord Of Allusion no, not quite yet they haven't.
I have yet to be disappointed by anything by Clutch

    j.... ....

You said it, man. Some albums are better than others, but I've never, ever been disappointed by anything they've done. My fave band.

  84. a.... ....

willing to have the argument that this is the GREATEST song ever writen.....................

    a.... ....

asstcommish youd probably lije Tom Waits if you like this

  85. C.... ....

  86. A.... S....

    A.... S....

    says it all

  87. M.... ....

The shadow cast by the Clutch logo looks like someone tried to draw a shadow, messed it up and gave up.

    M.... ....

Looks like a Key to me.

  88. S.... S....

I seen them more times than I can remember but the elephant riders tour was great, clutch played in between seven dust and limp bizkit.. the crowd was like wtf is this and I was moshing and screaming the words in ppls faces...yeah I'm old now

    S.... S....

    Sean Stafford

Damn that was in 98 or 99. Tickets were like 7 bucks. We left after clutch played.

  89. R.... W....

This is the song that helped me find Clutch. Heard it on the soundtrack for Escape from La. Dumbest movie ever and the soundtrack sucked but for some reason i bought it while walking around a music store in LA area back in 1995. Glad i did, after i heard this song, i found every Clutch album since.

  90. n.... ....

Then against my better judgment I went walking out that door.
I smiled at one person then I nodded to three more.
One man asked me for a dollar, I asked him, "What's it for?"
He said, "I have seen them." I said, "O.K., it's yours."

  92. J.... B....

I know the song from infowars.com

    J.... B....

Jens Bröcher sure, CNN is fake news, but at least it's a tad bit relevant to the real world, especially compared to info wars. That's some jacked up terrorist shit.

    J.... B....

Robert David Steele must’ve listened to this song right before he went on the show to talk about the pedo elites flying children to Mars... 🤔

    J.... B....

David Hoyle CNN is the terrorist propagators? Infowars is way more honest as a source. Infowars sources their articles, and the have a consistent narrative. CNN does not follow their multiple narratives, they constantly report with an slant that is not disclosed to the observer.

    J.... B....

    J.... B....

Destroy the child, corrupt them all.
