Cloud Nothings - Psychic Trauma Lyrics
You'll never be here, it's hard to explain
Psychic trauma, returns with age
There's nothing new here, no room to relate
I don't know what you're trying to say
But nothing happens, I stay the same
Is it alright to end up this way?
Life gets boring, it fades away
[Chorus:]
I can't believe that what you're telling me is true
My mind is always wasted listening to you
You'll never be here, it's hard to explain
Psychic trauma, returns with age
I don't know what you're trying to say
Try to stop it, try to feel something
But nothing happens, I stay the same
Is it alright to end up this way?
Life gets boring, it fades away
[Chorus]

Cloud Nothings Psychic Trauma Comments
These guys look like the Attack of the Ed Snowdens. Great song.
the drumming towards the end totally makes this song
I really like them and his voice is great. I will see them live
One of the best drummers I've seen in my life. And I've seen a lot! Punk version of Pavement is a good qualification!
This deserve more
drummers, so nice!
What prevents it?
NANOMACHINES SON
Great! I love it, especially the fact that it starts at a slower tempo, then at 0:44 the turbulence starts

love the song but the singer needs to act like he's at a concert and not like he's bored :P
Beautiful.
I didn't expect the tempo change, good shit.
does this tune remind anyone else of Disorder by Joy Division?
Hell yes
Interpol+title fight= Cloud nothings
truuuue
I dunno, I hear way more Replacements than Interpol.
Awesome song, but video is shit!
Drums starting at 2:24.
Drew Guarini Probably my favorite drummer in today's rock music.
Why does google say they're an indie band? They sound punk
@Pink guy I'm gonna go watch em now
+Faith Ike-Elechi They're smooooooothe jazz.
+RedHot Maniac I don't get that much of a whiney vibe as I do with other emo. I get it on a few songs, but disappointment in the form of anger seems to come out more.
@rosie lopez soRRY
is punk
The album has kind of grown off of me. But this song is still fucking great
@Adhesive Boi I felt the same way about the album after listening to it like 30 times but I just listened to it again today and enjoyed it as much as I did the first time I heard it
album all sounds the same, but at least it's a good sound
yeah great song ¡¡
Guys! Submit for Rockband 4! http://www.harmonixmusic.com/games/rock-band/request/
This video makes them look like total badasses of fuckery
.
Rape the replay button!
Shit vid, great song
Seeing them at Irving Plaza was easily one of the best live performances I've ever experienced
I was there too! My throat hurt from screaming so loud!
Sounds like a punk version of Pavement
@John DeBoice It´s alright, there are some highly acclaimed bands that i don´t understand or dig so I know the feeling
I love Pavement because they don't take themselves too seriously but they write some meaningful songs with deep lyrics. And they have a nice chill sound.
+John Dee Probably need to go back and listen to Slanted and Enchanted.
@John Dee Wow, i was expecting a long comment about how @Storanzo98
was wrong and being a idiot while you were right! That's not the internet i know, people usually fight for dump thing xD
You should check out Archers Of Loaf. They always struck me as a more punk version of Pavement.
Try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdsQIdFCQCE
What kind of lens/effect did they use filming this video? I love it...
It's called anaglyph, normally used for 3d.... Done very well!
Id love to hear a instrumental only version of this
Great music!
FUCK. YES.
Can anyone tell me what genre does this song fit into?
Surf punk
More like lo-fi punk
@darthmon26 with a dab of grunge
gawttdayummm this too good
