this sounds like NIN's Downward Spiral, or White Noise's An Electric Storm, but hiphop. amazing album! I'm more of an industrial and noise guy, not much with hiphop, but I keep playing this album (and other clipping albums) on a daily basis. LOVE what they do! connect what seems to be inconnectable, that's what music's about, right?

This is an album I needed about 3 listens all the way through to appreciate. The production is so memorable. The last minute of "All in your head" had such an intense build with a satisfying pay off! My favorite singular moment in music this year

@Dazzling Don Owen Prozak is a great artist if you enjoy more psychological horror and storytelling hip hop, for brutality and bloodshed I would recommend Necro, MC Bushpig, Sutter Kain etc. For more gangsta rap - themed horrorcore I'd recommend Gravediggaz, Geto Boys, Brotha Lynch and Mars

With Daveed being.... Daveed, I imagine it all has to do with what he wants to release. Story 7 is the first time I think there's been confirmed connections between the other stories so it seems like he is building a universe but he doesn't want to spoil everything about it.
Story 4 is a remix of an Alt J song and was only released as a single.
at 15:00 when it goes total noise darkness, veeeery cool, inspiring. there are aspects of this i really dig.
