Cline, Patsy - I Fall To Pieces Lyrics
I fall to pieces
Each time I see you again
I fall to pieces
How can I be just your friend?
You want me to forget (to forget)
Pretend we've never met (never met)
And I've tried and I've tried, but I haven't yet
You walk by and I fall to pieces
I fall to pieces
Each time someone speaks your name (speaks your name)
I fall to pieces
Time only adds to the flame
Someone who'll love me too (love me too)
The way you used to do (used to do)
But each time I go out with someone new
You walk by and I fall to pieces
You walk by and I fall to pieces

Cline, Patsy I Fall To Pieces Comments
I've listened to Patsy since 1960's now in 2020 still on her bandwagon.
I love this kind of music 💓
Patsy lives forever thru her wonderful music.
I freaking love this song! My mom used to sing it when I was a child.
My mother played this when I was a kid and many years later on her birthday we gave her a Patsy Cline tape, she loved it. She said Patsy was the greatest ever and I say yeah.
Grew up listening to my mom sing this song while taking care of us and the house. I can still hear her in my head to this day.
3.2k people smoke crack
So schön!!! Für alle die es immer schön ruhig angehen lassen- Auch in Deutschland.
I remember listening to my nanna singing these beautiful songs she had a lovely voice like patsy..listening to this sing I fall to pieces ..R.I.P nanna Maire ❤
Music from the 50s is pretty good
This is very early 60's.
I had her album and like her all songs and she had a great voice.
Broken To 🥧
I once cut a very drunk man off one night but allowed him to sit at the bat to sober up a bit. After a couple of club sodas, he's stumbles over to the jukebox to play some music. It was an old jukebox that required you to push 4 digits to play a song. Well this guy makes his selection and when he pushed the 4th digit he pushes himself backwards and falls flat on his back making a huge scene. Just as I start to make my way over to help his drunk a** up his songs start playing. It's "I Fall to pieces" by Patsy Cline
My greatgrand daughter is 1year and 6 months...we played "Crazy" for her and now she has 3 favorite patsy's songs . Walking after midnight....Crazy ...and I fall to pieces... day in and day out she wants us to play these songs.
Love these old songs this was my Dad's song to my Mom all his life!
Absolutely the best C&W female singer of all, and one of the greatest in ANY genre, simply by virtue of her unique, unmistakable sound and style.
The most beautiful voice ever.
0:56 look at the pictures merging togetherxd
LOVE this music takes me back my childhood my dad's favorite remember my parents dancing
I grew up listening to Patsy, I was little and knew every song. I never imagined later in life that everything she sings resonates with my life. Love you Patsy!!!
Such a sad ironic song, because of how she died in a plane crash! R.I.P.

Gotta LOVE Patsy Cline!
beautiful song my favorite
Patsy sang from the heart.
Sounds a bit like Buddy Holly in this one, which isn't a bad thing.

Pasty I love your music
My momma cried when Patsy died,I cry when I think about that and this song reminds me why :)
Her intro on this song, with her voice slightly wavering... sets the tone for the song as well as any opening line I think I've ever heard.
Every time I think of the love of my life back in the 70's -Jeanette or Janet Rickman from South London. This reminds me of this fabulous woman. Where are you now? I wonder!!!!
Please I am desperate
Patsy could sing the names out of a phone book and it would be beautiful.
So true!!!!
I still love Patsy Cline
Missing you
And their spell checker has a virus.
Patsy, did you know I'm American Georgia the torture pensioners as AnD steal their p as as passports and deny us benefits we paid trillions into. Sick sit on the street and are spit on and mocked for mental illness and war scars.
One of the most famous singer with a beautiful voice Margaret ferreira
This song was playing over the radio as I was born according to my parents. Fitting entrance to the world for me.
She sure had a beautiful voice.
There’s patsy’s version then there’s all of our grandparents version. My grandma singing this will always make me feel like I’m 6 years old again.
I feel this way about a special person many years ago
My cherries and wine, rosemary and thyme...
My daughter who was 8 at the time i introduced this song to her and loved it so much! now its our go to sing a long song for her and I
I have a tape of this song and every time I have someone riding with me I put it on. EVERY time they ask me "Who in the world is THAT" I then explain to them THAT is the greratest female singer that was ever born and she sang COUNTRY. That voice speaks for itself.
One of the truly iconic voices of the twentieth century. THAT is not country. THAT is angelic.
Such a beautiful voice 😘😘😘
i miss my gr. ma now!!! thisis real country,...js,...
Still listening to Patsy break hearts in 2020. Timeless.
Almost eerie sounding as it's so perfect. Felt same when I listened to Karen Carpenter. As if both knew their destiny was going to be short. Both were phenoms
Great music is great music, regardless of genre. I was a classically-trained singer, did some opera, then session work, then had to support a wife and kids. Returned to music forty years later, a genre snob, never attending anything but operas and symphonies. Boy, did I lose out. I gained a business client in the music industry in Nashville and acknowledged some things.
Today's country is yesterday's oratorio. It tells a story. It's yesterday's symphony, with no limitation on instrumentation. I lent one of her clients my collection of 19th century recorders, straight flutes. "You gotta have a fiddle in the band" is really satire. And you nailed it. Timeless.
I'm 28y.o and lover old songs
Who elses here in 2020?
1/1/2020... anyone else??
She was my Mom's favorite! Ive seen sweet dreams 100xs and i love it. Miss you Mom R.I.P
Who else is listening to this great song by Patsy Cline in 2020, what an awesome voice!!!! :)
YOU NEVER COMPLETELY GET OVER A TRUE LOVE THE HEART HAS IT'S OWN MIND
She's one good hillbilly!
Effortlessly
What a voice and tone! Nothing compares. It's perfect.
American Treasure👍
Patsy's voice and music have touched so many hearts both young and old. When I was 13 years old my grandfather, whom I adored, gave me my very first record player together with a Patsy Cline Album and although her music was not of my generation I was hooked. Many years later my beautiful 4 year old daughter fell in love with her music and whenever we were in the car would beg me, 'play Crazy mummy, please play Crazy.'
You can visit Gore, Virginia, and Winchester, to see where Patsy came from.
To the 68 yr old black man Iam. 68 yr old white man I was exposed to Patsy Kline by a :30 yr old black woman 25 yrs ago.
Truly meant for stardom!
Who are these idiots that gave this a negative comment. She sings about real life
But each time I go out with someone new you walk by and I Fall to Pieces.
Magic, Lori?
@bill gonzales yes ..Magic
Incomparable voice. Never will be matched. RIP Ms. Cline.
I don't care what anyone says, Patsy was and still is the queen of country music, her songs will live on forever
This lady's talent is so immense, she makes country universal. I've loved her voice since I was a young boy and I saw Coal Miners Daughter. Great job Jessica!!
Only difference is Patsy always sounds like a really sour event and David is tight, like groove.
Or, I should say, God-given...both.
Patsy is like David Ruffin in her genre. Nobody equals that talent.
