Mick wrote this in his first band, just before producer Guy Stevens (formerly of Mott the Hoople, ironically Micks hero) kicked him out. Just finished reading the book passion is a fashion, the true story of The Clash.
Awesome book. Not an easy read.

@DJDaveBullet Strummer wrote the majority of the songs and Jones wrote the music. So they might be his lyrics that Mick is singing, I'm not positive with this song though. Just to put it out there.
