I was so blessed to meet Dr. Clark and her girls a few times back in the 80's - even when this was their new album. She was a true woman of God - full of integrity. For Mattie Moss Clark - music was her ministry and she was serious and did not play when it came to singing and playing for Jesus Christ. Again...I am humbled and feel so Blessed by God to have met and talked with her!!

It's awesome that Mattie Moss Clark stayed deeply rooted and grounded in God's word and stayed true to ministry. Her voice was AWESOME and could have easily crossed over and been received in the secular world, but she chose instead to use it to bless somebody like ME who always loved and respected her gift in the body of Christ...I love this!

I borrowed a few of my uncles old gospel vinyls a few years back and heard this song for the first time then, and loved this song. I also loved Keep Moving, and World.

This song speaks volumes of where the Clark Sisters were at this time in their music. Dr. Mattie Moss Clark arranged music straight from the presence of God. This song is a testament of God's word, his anointing, and the conviction of the holyspirit. We have left this type of music, we need more of it. This song touched me in a deep place.
I will admit that I was very young or a baby when this music was made but it seems to me that that music is very nice. It's sacred but it has a mellow sound with some smooth overtones. We have go sooo far from this great foundation which is built on the word of God and even holiness. In our efforts to innovate we have left the Gospel and picked up a lot of trash. I study sacred and classical music. Dr. Clark did music under the anointing and it was done RIGHT.
