I watched the show about this album recently. I love listening to them talk about the music and how it is made. Curious thing though, I know they were speaking English, afterall, they're Englishmen. But damed if I could understand what they were saying at times? Maybe Americans no longer speak English, maybe we speak American? How? and how.

English accents can be difficult. I notice it watching BBC programming.

But have you ever noticed English musicians sing with American accents? Eccept maybe Mick Jagger!

As someone that is a major die-hard Steely Dan fan, I normally disagree when their music is compared to anyone else's. However in this case, I totally hear it too! Beautiful song and there are definitely similarities here to the great SD. Nice call. :)
