@Korvost Film burn - this skit was shot on 16mm. It might be real burn created during the loading/unloading process or Bam might have used stock burn footage and layered it as he was editing.

@gnaRFactory They're called film burns or roll-outs. They happen with film when it gets exposed a little, and throw some other techniques. You can find them on the internet and then using an editing system with compositing, you can do them. Just google film burns or film roll-outs and you should be good.
