Wrong era. Came out in 1994. The musical style was passed by grunge. Had this come out even two years earlier, it probably would have been a hit.

When my aunt got a brain aneurysm a few years ago, this is all I could listen to. I sat out in my backyard and sang this song to the Heavens, hoping and praying she would pull through. Still makes me cry to this day anytime I listen to this beautiful song.

I started a hobby where I pick a band and listen to all their studio albums. In this case there only being 4 and this song is on their last album. IMHO only maybe 5 or 6 songs out of all of them are above average. This song is bitter sweet to me in that it's so good but the rest of the album is mediocre at best. They could've done a whole lot better.

It's easy to say that they could've done a whole lot better, but how? Creativity is elusive as hell....................hits you when you don't expect it to, you're some kinda' 'messenger' of the song delivered to you by some power in the sky and you didn't really do it. And when you try to write something creative , you often come up with "TRITE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
