I just LOVE the emotional weight (sad, happy and everything in between) that comes with Eric's music.  No other artist, of any kind (not just musical) gets me deep as this ole' boy.  The first time I heard the lyrics to this song, the following lyrics really made me smirk to myself - "Round and round, up and down.  I'm tired of this seesaw, merry-go-round.  So Mary you can go to hell."  That levity and being caught up with them Drums and Bass Guitar line, screaming through my speakers with the Amp n Sub cranked.....I totally missed out on how heavy and sad the lyrics to this song can be.  Just another great example how in just one song, Eric's music can bring a barrage of feelings.  Only when I read these lyrics without the music, was I like DAY-UM these are some touching lyrics.  Just ANOTHER great song by Eric, really comes together quite nicely.  And well, if I said/wrote it once, Ive said/written it a million times - God Bless, Eric Church and his, always.  And may God also bless all y'all, always.

Outside of the "missed you when you left" line I feel like this this is a good song about depression and using alcohol to try and treat it. I may be looking too hard into the lyrics.

Don't see why there are any "dislikes" here; Eric Church's music, while it's very good, also is pretty much related to a young male audience..20-40..He seems to make no apologies or compromises; you have to respect his integrity..I find him very refreshing this day and age
