This was a song my mom loved and so it was played at her funeral. Almost fell to the floor during the song.. She passed in October of 2019. This is the 1st time I've listened to this since her funeral service and lost it once the main chorus hit but i know her soul is in the hands of our Lord. I miss and love you mom 😖

bless you....I sang this at my Grandmothers funeral several years ago. Amazing Grace was her favorite but this song...….She turned 100 that October and died during Thanksgiving of that year.

i never felt so so sad after my friend pass away in 2011. his loss i blame my self ever day.

Michae Garner never feel that way I know I blame myself for driving one of my college and now a co worker best friends away but I know with God my fathers mercies he makes my words bring him back and realize I’m not the cause of the chaos in his life.

I have to admit this rendition would make the original author very proud.  A former slave ship captain turned preacher.  Was a good friend and mentor of British MP Wilbur Wilburforce how spearheaded the end of slavery in the British Empire which launched the British to fight slavery all around the world, not only causing them to go into debt as a nation but cost them many lives that went down when a Royal Navy vessel was sunk while in pursuit of this righteous goal.

I lost my wife due to drugs She killed herself in front of me. The next morning she was dead That was almost 2 years ago. Since then I've had night mare's. Please pray that I get over the night that it happened.

This is one of my absolutely favorite praise songs. Specially when I was part of two praise and worship bands in two churches in the past.

Jesus died for us, so we could be forgiven by God. And I still can’t believe why we do bad things, we do killing, we steal, lie, and not being honest and loyal to God. I know not all the people are like this, but this world is getting worst, like it says,” the earth will dissolve like snow”
Because it’s just getting worst and worst, we need to stay strong and not get bad thoughts, we need to stay close to God and not get far, I know it’s hard, to keep on reading the Bible, going to church but at least we try to get closer to God. WE LOVE YOU GOD NO MATTER WHAT ❤️ Our love for God will not be gone, and God will not stop on loving us, even if we do bad things, we are forgiven each day, each day is another opportunity to do something new and better, is another opportunity to get close to God, and is another opportunity allowed by God. God loves us, no matter what. It’s an “unending love”. God will be there for us, every time, he helps us no matter what. God knows our hearts and future. He loves us. Don’t waste that opportunity God gives you. Amen 🙏🏻

My dear SisIL passed away this morning at the nursing home after a 3 week struggle after her second cancer surgery. I went into her room to have a final moment and I played this song just for the two of us. Before it was over I had her sister and daughter in there with me. The words speak volumes.
