This is now my favorite song. All my grandparents are dead except for one who is 86 and has had multiple cancers, and I always think of them when I hear this song.

I know I'm looking for another All's Well or Bone Palace like a lot of other people, but seriously, is this even Chiodos? This stuff sounds more like the Craig Owens Project. I guess Jason was the core in writing a lot of their stuff because it was even obvious in the stylings of their 3rd album. There aren't even any Thomas shreds. I'm all for bands trying new stuff, but its like everyone but Craig isn't even themselves in this music. Sigh :(

@Narmakh oh my mistake i thought you were another one of the people complaining because the band made some changes which should be common to expect from musicians and many kinds of artist. if it stayed the same people would be complaining about them being repetitive and there style is getting old. the truth is, it doesn't really matter what anyone does people will enjoy there stuff but then find reasons to dislike there new stuff. or so on. its a need in human nature to crave and want and desire but then to not really know deep down what you really want.

How do they get Thomas Erak from Fall of Troy and he doesn't have a solo or any presence on this song? Maybe the other ones do but Im really interested to see what they do with him, hes a very talented guitar player.

I played with them Friday, he had a lot of energy and was fun to watch and he had some solos, it was quite amazing. It's also great that the fall of Troy is back though.

Just found out about Chiodos, and while their harder stuff is not my typical cup of tea, they are incredibly musically sophisticated! Even the hard stuff from years ago is good. Definitely going into rotation on my play list!
