I hope someone reads this and agrees, I know, I know, you've all heard it before, but really bothers me that Rena and nia sold out as much as they did. I LOVED Cherri Bomb back in 8th grade and I still love them. I can't get into hey violet. It's really depressing to see them go from this to the fake pop sensations everyone is into nowadays. And I know you'll say "well they've just changed is all" No, because then I'd actually respect it. They changed into what is popular and what everyone wanted them to be like. And now half of the original band is gone. First Julia and now Miranda....I mean I hardly even recognize Rena anymore, her style was soooooo pretty. I've based a lot of my outfits off of her. Her hair was gorgeous and again, she had her hair like that for years (and don't get me wrong, changing your hair can be fun and there's nothing wrong with it) but it's no coincidence that she changed her hair right after fans were too sensitive to handle the fact that she had dreads when even people of color said her hair was super pretty.And now her style is just basic as well as nia's. Like what every wannabe "punk" person dresses like now. And don't tell me "it was a phase" because she was into all that hard rock lifestyle from a young age and then abandoned who she really was for fame. And you can tell she misses it because she looks like she's still trying hard to maintain the punk/goth appearance. They're trying way too hard when they could just be themselves. They became pop when they realized Cherri bomb wasn't getting as much recognition, because they stayed rock for a while after Julia left. And they even said they couldn't stand bands like one direction or 5sos and yet they got picked up by the 5sos record label. I really hope the girls get back to doing this instead of the fake life they live now. Everyone is so blind to the facts. If you look in front of you, you can clearly see what's actually going on and I want people to see because I grew to care about these girls a lot, especially after meeting them at Warped 2012.

I found that comment just searching something about cherri bomb, because i think that they were a good band and i don't know what happened with them. They had something pretty pure and i used to love it. They changed a lot, and being honest I think the same of you. I really love how Rena used to be, i was in love with her. Sadly, time change everything.

This girls had all this skill and power before they were 15.. they had a big contract to produce rock music, they had tour dates, money, everything the could've ever dreamed.. they sent everything straight to hell for no particular reason.. they could've been a huge sensation.. now they are this lame ass pseudo band that plays some commercial pop songs nobody wants to listen twice.. and the lead guitarist has done the same in a much lamer way.. rock music is dead, this girls could've brought it back in just a second, but they turned pop like everybody else. It sucks but it's kinda how the world works right now

I see loads of people saying that Hey Violet suck and preferred Cherri Bomb. Personally, I like and think they're good bands in their own right. If you dislike Hey Violet, don't listen to Hey Violet. Simple.

Perez Productions Things have to change for a reason. Sadly the CB band never got rlly continue their iconic music.

everyone needs to stop blowing the julia thing out of proportion. no one really knows what happened, its all just fricking rumors. for all we know julia could have been bullying them for years and then they were finally done with her crap and kicked her out. we dont know. band members leave and get replaced all the time. most of my favorite bands have replaced members its normal. just because this band changed their name, and julia posted something on fb saying she didnt leave by choice doesnt mean they "bullied" her out". now that miranda, rena, and nia are in hey violet with caset they all seem more happy making music and thats really all that matters.

They seem happier probably cause they like pop more than the punk theme in Cherri bomb. They joined Cherri bomb when they were little and people change so maybe it's no ones fault.

Actually Ik what happened I was a fan when it happened and I would just like to say that it is all on tumblr a girl posted it. Basically I witnessed the whole thing and they were all of a sudden drifting apart and they canceled there tour with all American rejects and everyone was super confused then they made a video and it was about if they were to kick someone out of the band this is what we would say and they played there song better this way and all of a sudden after that Julia disappeared and people were asking where she went. Then on Facebook things got suspicious and they posted on Facebook a massive paragraph saying that Julia "decided" to move on but that was not true in fact later on in the week Julia posted saying it was NOT her decision to leave but she wished the band luck. A few days later they were dropped by capital records and were abandoned. So yeah the whole truth came out and basically we ended up fin fob gout that Julia was kicked out of her own band. And she told us that by posting a letter a fan gave her saying how well she has done and to rich on and it also said I FEEL SORRY FOR HER BIENG BULLIED OUT OF HER OWN BAND THAT SHE STARTED. So yeah......

julia said in an interview that she was bullied. people that were friends with miranda, nee, and ree and julia said that julia was bullied. and if they did want to change genres than they should've left the band instead and not continued as CB and refused to change the band name. it's so obv that they're doing this for the fame otherwise they would've left cb and stopped mentioning opening for FF in interviews.

sophia marie she said in a interview with alternative press, there parents had different plans then the girls, but she was completely shocked and it wasn't her decision to leave,

I don't say, Julia would make it better, but they really disappointed me with direction they went with Hey Violet. Just another generic band, but ye, they will show up more with this than with quality rock.

@SchultziePlays "They" didn't split up. The Loveless sisters took over the band and with their mom, threw the founder and lead singer out of the band. Their manager quit because of it all. This totally destroyed alll they had achieved. Hey Violate is just now getting together enough novice material to put together an EP or something and they are now just mediocre.

Julia's new band is not all girls her rhythm guitarist is Christine Fullwood from pretty in stereo and where the boys are ! The other members are boys they sound a lot heavier than what Cherribomb currently plays . I would say its punk metal ! They are keeping the details pretty hush hush . I was told that they will announce something soon ! Here in Hollywood soon could be 6 month . I can't wait !
