Beautiful tribute to DC & family -- he lived a full and creative life, albeit troubled, plagued by emotional demons, butressed with alcohol to mute the pain, and sadly all lead to his unraveling under the attention of fans & general public. DC was loved by fans worldwide, and respected for his accomplishments as an actor, vocalist, musician, songwriter, producer/arranger, showman supreme -- and is greatly missed♡

Juliette Brown I dont think he was respected as much as he should have been. Most ppl, and many in the industry, still thought of him as some bubble gim singer from the Partridge Family. I always liked him but even I never knew how really good a singer he really was.

Addiction a terrible thing,,David wud rather announce to world he's got dementia,,,he's high on tabs or still drinking,,from oneaddict to another David get honest,,

So do you think David Cassidy didn't actually have dementia, but had died from a return to alcohol and/or some other chemicals? I must say it seemed strange he was hospitalized so suddenly with multiple organs failure.

But the life and death of David Cassidy serves as an example that even a very good-looking person who was at one time also very wealthy and seemingly on top of the world can lose it all. It is also sad, because, at his core, I think Mr. Cassidy was a nice person.
