This guy is corny and definetly not my style, but man he is a talented musician and a pretty good singer. I loved his version of Harder to Breathe by Maroon 5. Did not like this song.

@jpad319 He didn't leave the melody (IMO) and I like the growling. It gives him an individual style that the other contestants don't have.
I just got a boner.
@idolboy11 Perhaps because 45 seconds into the song, he abandoned the melody and started growling his way throughout the song. That kind of habit was the very thing that made him need the save early on.

It is amazing, you look at all the other musicians around Casey and Haley and they look like they're having such a great time. The sax player in this video looks like she's having the time of her life. That's one of the qualities you need to sell tickets and provide great live performances.
