A mediocre version of nowadays cover songs i could respect this if it's like a song you need to sing in order to test yourself. I think anyother female actress could have song it like she did. It loses all the magic from the very first word just the way vince neal says you know ima dreamer it makes you feel like your in a fucking movie or your own music video

Some songs aren't meant to be song by a woman. Maybe that sounds kind of sexist maybe it is but i have the same opinion vice versa honestly with chantels - maybe. You make it lose it's magic even if it's just a little.

That kinda has a little bit of country feel to it but thats me maybe its the cowboy hat. But they all extend the words for way to long i mean they hold the tone to long. I just think you need try and sing it like them becouse it won't sound the same anyway. Like the first sentence in the song motley takes about 8 seconds to sing that and she takes about 13 seconds maybe its done intentional but only to make the song longer i think.

I've always loved the original Motley Crue since I first heard it years ago, but only realised it had been covered a few days ago when I went to learn it on the guitar. And this was the first time I heard Carrie Underwood, I think (I'm not sure!). And I like this version, but I still love the original.

I'm a huge Motley Crue fan, but I gotta admit, this version's good!  Not as good as the original of course, but still good!

+Brittany B the song is perfection. Crüe are the only ones that do it justice and play its full potential. This one is excellent though, but not the same deep feeling in it.

This song is in my top 5 songs of all time and when I heard Carrie was doing a cover, I didn't believe anyone else could reach the emotional depths that lay within these lyrics. While I still believe that Motley Crue's version is my favorite, I do love this version too. Amazing job Carrie!
