This isn’t lipsync. You can clearly see how her enunciation matches the shape of her mouth. Or how her mouth perfectly lines up with the vowel modification on the runs. And of course, the strain. She’s pushing herself to belt out the notes, which is good but you’ll end up disregarding breath support. She’s having breathing problems when hitting the high notes, which shows where she’s currently focusing on. Also the rasp on her nodules is especially evident here, unlike the other pre-recorded tracks where they still add but minimise the rasp to add the effect of being live.

She’s making those iconic hand movements again, which shows struggle physically to not show struggle vocally. Her neck also stiffens. Need anymore evidence? Go Mariah!

Gosh I love this. But her breath control sounded like she just came from a jog, had a wardrobe fitting and jumped on stage. I dont think she lipped this though if you go to 4:38 you'll see her singing was a little affected by the running. Like it's so obvious all that fire was real😂☀️☀️☀️
