Just saw these guys this last Friday in Bakersfield CA and drove 2 hours from where I live (Fresno) just to catch them. Can say I was not at all disappointed. Picked up a hard copy of Too Far Gone and must have had it on repeat a good 4-5 times the whole drive back home after, and it's just too fucking good. These guys definitely got a new fan out of me

is Cane Hill ever going to make a public statement about their singer’s physical abuse towards a woman?

I heard it was an alcohol related issue, and Witt has been open about quitting drinking. So maybe that's his way of resolving the issue?

Being that I got in contact with an individual who works with the band, they found out that the girl was doing it to get to Witt. He was drunk the night it happened and it was all a misunderstanding as that she wasn't saying the safe word and he's a rough lay anyway that he thought it was all kink. It was a false accusation that was taken care of. She was just someone who wanted attention and wanted to put down someone that she was jealous of (since she was an aspiring pornstar). Her and Witt were great friends before the incident happened and they still were until she posted something on Twitter. They had both talked about it and she said everything was fine, but she posted something about it anyway. So no. Witt doesn't abuse women. The incident is the reason he quit drinking in the first place. He's written songs about it I bet and will possibly talk about it in the future but not now, prob not for awhile. He's now got a girlfriend, they live together and are happy. He's probably​ just trying to let it go. The band is going on tour in 2018.

Plus before the bass player got his Twitter banned briefly and the posts were deleted, he was talking about it. Not directly, but saying he would never fuck anyone over with a touchy personal subject that had been taken care of. Saying only picking the negatives in a person is not a firm grip on reality.

How about we just enjoy the music.

All things considered after reading David Morgan's comment it seems to make quite a bit of sense.... not to mention, if she (whoever it is) did decide to share a bed with Witt -- Had she not heard any of his music?
