Bryan Hilton for real! Truly a classic. This song will be great every time you hear it. It's too bad they got stuck in the middle of the whole Seattle/late 90's era because they are much better than most of the bands that have came along since. For some reason everyone except some diehards like us gave up on these great bands for a new sound that isn't near as good. With the computer age came a bunch of talent less hacks that really have no business making music. Nowadays you can put together an album without even so much as picking up an instrument. It's too bad that technology helped kill what we knew as great music. This is just my opinion but as a musician myself it's all too real.

Love the entire album and this one is my favorite one to sing to from start to finish. Change is good, but the screaming part of it is way to hard for me.

I love this song so much that I literally wish for someone to play it whenever I die and they spread my ashes.

I got this cd when it came out. I lived in Oak Harbor, WA. Candlebox originally from the Anacortes area.. These guys were kinda like home town heroes.Being from North west WA. And for me, I was an 80's metal dude. So i just couldn't get into the grunge thing at the time. But, this album came out and saved me. For me top 5 best albums of the 90's. And no Candlebox is not grunge.. They're just a great solid rock band w/ blues, jazz, classic rock influence. Their new album is killer as well in case any of you haven't heard it.

I haven't heard the album until recently. I had my heart broken, I feel that alot of it's based on letting go of the girl you loved.
After all these years, I recognize that I wasn't thrown away but inspiration....I should've stayed!!!!

Best song on this album! Candlebox, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana and Alice In Chains...the best music of the 90's and through! Long live Alternative!

@Kenneth Aquino VEGA Alt is garbage. Not at all melodic. Candlebox's S/T debut is their best overall album whereas the ones that came after had more filler than they did strong tracks. And Candlebox's best song is NOT even on their best album. That song is the power ballad  "10,000 Horses" (their highest charting rock radio hit) which is on the band's 3rd album "Happy Pills" which in general sucked but that song's well done. Rush must have dug Candlebox or else they wouldn't have been invited to open for Geddy, Alex and Neil.
