Campbell, Glen - Spinout Lyrics

When her motor's warm
And she's purrin' sweet
Buddy let me warn ya'
You're on a one-way street

She'll crowd ya' close
Spin your wheels
Then you're gonna know how it feels

Spinout, spinout

You Better watch those curves
Never let her steer
If she can shake your nerves
She can strip your gears

She'll get your heart
To goin' fast
Then she'll let you run out of gas

Spinout, spinout

The road to love is full of
Danger signs
Too many guys were lost
Who crossed those double lines

Doncha know she's out to prove
That she can really score
Never saw parts move
Like that before

To flag you down
Oh that's her goal
Scoot before you lose control

Spinout, spinout

The road to love is full of
Danger signs
Too many guys were lost
Who crossed those double lines

Doncha know she's out to prove
That she can really score
I never saw parts move
Like that before

To flag you down
Oh that's her goal
Scoot before you lose control

Spinout, oh! Spinout
Spinout

Campbell, Glen Spinout Comments
  1. g.... ....

Big Elvis fan, but this version is better. Elvis wasn't trying much by this time on the movie songs and Glen is really giving it some effort.

    g.... ....

You've got to remember Glenn had not yet had his huge success yet and was still hungry. Glen sang them first and was really trying to make them sound good for Elvis. He was probably better rested and fresher than Elvis at this point as well.

  2. V.... ....

Glen said, "Elvis was the best singer there ever was"....this was out of love for the king

  3. M.... T....

    He admired Elvis.

  4. S.... F....

Elvis was so much better he was just on a different level going to voicemail so more Charisma Glen Campbell can't touch Elvis sorry
