as an Everly fan and musician too I could have writen my self the lyrics « you nearly made me » and I fully share those feelings that only a few poeple can understand...
It seems I spent my whole Life with Don and Phil around...I also watch you mentioning Phil’s name first knowing this is very unusual It’ s really funny because I always thought his contribution to the Everly sounds was extremely important.
Phil could reproduce the Everly sounds in his solo recordings while Don could not.
Of course I love both as Don could sing fantastic solos with a so beautiful and very unique phrasing.
