I was really sad that most black gospel radio flks, (Mostly ministers,) panned these songs as sinful, simply because of the music tracks... what do they think, now?

Definitley!! I remember a number of funky gospel songs from pastor Shirly Caesar back in the 70's and ealy 80's. "Heavenly Father" has to be the funkiest. i m surpised no one has re made the song or posted it on Youtube. Yes, she is another pioneer of the Urban Gospel sound. Most know her for her traditional sound; however, back in the day some of her music was controversial.
