Is this... *mutant* Texas *folk* music? It sounds...well, awfully un-Buttholey. At least, compared to *HAIRWAY TO STEVEN* or something like that. At least, *I* think it does.
Mind you, that's not to say that it doesn't sound *good* ; it sounds quite good indeed, even poignant. I just don't think it sounds like I thought that it would.

Very underrated! Check out. Dust devil, shame of life, Dracula from Houston, the entire electric larry land album. Some of there shit is noise rock. I actually listened to them because Kurt Cobain had a shirt that said "listen to the butthole surfers".

i was playing the track 'kuntz' off locust abortion technician when my creepy hate filled step dad came in and told me to turn it down. i just cranked it up so the word 'cunts' was throbbing out my speakers. i was pissing myself at his rage and disgust and he left totally emasculated. it was fuckin excellent. He used to open my bedroom door when he thought i was asleep. Fuck knows what he was thinking but i slept with a scalpel nicked from biology. Eventually he left cause i fucked him up at every opportunity.

I saw them in 93 touring for this album with the Flaming Lips & STP as openers & it was so much fuckin fun!!! It was awesome being in my 20's in the 90's for the music alone...I hope people in their 20's today are having as much fun as I did in mine 🤘🏻

My old man was a huge fan, saw them a bunch, so I grew up on them, luckily enough I caught them on the reunion tour in ‘09. I used to have an old magazine from the time of that STP tour, Gibby is flipping out about Weiland using a megaphone and making nonstop lewd comments to the journalist, it’s hilarious.

One of my most memorable concerts. I was a senior in high school.....those were magical days.

This is one of the few songs I can sing, I sing it to my daughter and to patients I take care of, I think its soothing, but then again i dont ask them if it is or is not.  I love this band, saw 'em Denver, loved that show.

+Jake Longg Cause its in a key and register most people can sing in and theres no octave changes that would be difficult to switch to. If you can play while you sing this is a great song to practice singing on pitch and in different keys
