Just so everyone is clear on this McFly did NOT copy Busted. Tom co-wrote most of A Present For Everyone with James and they discovered what McFly's sound would be by writing a song called 'That Thing You Do' so please stop saying they copied them or only made it because Busted broke up because there was the whole of 2004 where they were both equally successful bands it is just Charlie decided to make a different band and leave Busted. I believe that McFly would still be as successful as they are now even if Busted had stayed together

James wrote a lot of McFlys songs.
